What are plans as far as incorporating all these independent fixes into a
``standard'' xdvik/dvipsk release?
There isn't any MakeTeXPK in the xdvik release at all, so there's
nothing to fix. Perhaps I'll distributed Richard's in xdvik as a prototype.
The fixes to the dvipsk MakeTeXPK will be in the next release.
